FAQ:

My boat’s Waterjet produces a high-pitched whine at full throttle. Is this a sign of damage or normal operation?‌

• Whining noises often indicate cavitation (air bubbles in the impeller zone). Ensure the hull sits level in the water and the intake is fully submerged. Check for impeller imbalance or worn bearings. 
• UDI005’s waterjet uses a polished stainless steel impeller for quiet operation, so persistent noise warrants inspection for obstructions or alignment issues.
